A life coach is an individual that will work with you in order to identify your strengths and challenges. In doing so, the life coach will be able to assist you in creating manageable goals to build your best life to achieve greater satisfaction.

How do life coaching sessions work?
The first step is to contact me by submitting a message on my website. I will reply to you within 48 hours in order to book a free consultation via phone or Zoom. During the consult, we will discuss what areas of your life that you would like to improve upon. This will provide both of us with the opportunity to ask and answer questions. If we both feel that I will be able to support you with your goals, we can discuss when your first session will commence.
How many sessions do I require?
This is dependent on your goals and the pace at which you would like to meet them. I offer flexible hours and communication methods. If at any point you would like to terminate sessions, you are free to do so.
How long is each session?
Sessions are typically 30 or 60 minutes, though exceptions can be made.
How are sessions conducted?
Sessions are conducted via telephone, messaging, or Zoom. Therefore, you can be located anywhere in the world to receive my coaching sessions. Appropriate timing for sessions will be discussed.
What is the cost per session?
I have attempted to provide fair pricing. Cost per session will be discussed during intake. If you are experiencing financial issues, please discuss this with me.
